SKfit Online is a great way to have access to your own Personal Trainer without going through the hassle of matching schedules and getting to the gym!

After selecting the plan that is right for you, each client will then fill out a consultation form, detailing their goals and what exercise equipment they have access to. From there, your Trainer will be able to create a program to help you achieve those goals while keeping your surroundings in mind. You will then get access to a mobile app that helps track your progress and delivers all your workouts right to your mobile devices!

Weight Loss

This program sets our clients up for success while taking them through workouts including cardio and strength training. Whether you are trying to lose those stubborn let few pounds; or a more significant amount, this program will get you to your goal! You will have communication and check-ins with your trainer to help you stay motivated and make positive changes to your exercise habits!


Our toning program allows you to develop the firm body you want with, muscular definition and shape, without adding the bulk! You will increase your muscle tissue while loosing body fat and increasing visible definition. You will get a lean and sculpted physique as you burn fat, while doing a combination of body weight, heavy and light weight resistance, and stability training.

Muscle Gain

Our hypertrophy program, Muscle Gain, is designed for you to get the most gains out of your weight lifting program! Through muscle gain our clients will receive guidance on repetitions/sets, proper tempo, and rest times, helping you to increase volume and mass. You will be taken through exercises to target specific muscles, while increasing muscle size.

What is the onboarding process like?

After selecting the plan that is right for you, we will reach out to you to fill out a consultation form, be sure to detail your goals and what exercise equipment  you have access to. From there, your Trainer will be able to create a program, up to four workouts per week, to help  you achieve those goals while keeping your surroundings in mind.

Can I work out on my own schedule?

Yes! Having an online personal trainer means you can choose the times that work best for you! The app keeps you accountable for your scheduled workouts but you are able to do them at any time!

Do you offer nutritional plans?

Yes! You are able to add a customized food plan to your training for an additional cost.

If interested, you would receive a free nutritional assessment to determine your needs and the total cost would be based off of your needs.
